Animated PSAs for Cyber Security Awareness
The Internet’s Most Wanted is a stylized animated mockumentary that spoofs classic crime shows to spotlight the web’s most notorious digital villains. I helped developed the concept and narrative, and designed, illustrated, and animated the entire piece from scratch, bringing each character to life through bold visuals and playful motion.
Bringing Characters to Life
I built each character from concept to final frame, defining their traits and behaviors before crafting unique visual identities through illustration. Shape language, color, and motion were intentionally designed to reflect each persona, resulting in cohesive, expressive characters, executed in alignment with Microsoft’s strict brand standards.

Identity Thief
A stealthy digital pickpocket, slipping through cracks to steal personal information unnoticed.

Bully (aka Troll)
An aggressive instigator, thriving on harassment and chaos across online spaces.

Virus
A destructive force that spreads rapidly and corrupts systems, leaving damage in its wake.

Spambot
Relentless and mechanical, flooding inboxes with endless waves of unwanted content.

Phisherman
A cunning trickster, casting deceptive bait to lure unsuspecting users into traps.

Designed for a Global Audience
The Stay Sharp on Internet Safety series
was designed for global reach, with a flexible visual system and full localization. Narration, text, and graphics were translated into multiple languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic. The visuals mix custom stock illustrations and original graphics within a unified style, ensuring consistency while allowing for cultural adaptation. This results in an accessible and engaging experience for audiences worldwide.

Communicating Through Animated Infographics
By using dynamic visual storytelling techniques, complex information can be broken down into compelling narratives that are easily comprehensible, regardless of language or cultural background. For the Microsoft Online Safety Team, I created the video Smartphone Smarts, featuring custom-designed characters and lively motion graphics to present online safety statistics in a clear, approachable way for audiences around the world.
